Managing Member Questions & CRM Integration
Assistly Social includes a built-in CRM system that automatically stores member data as they join your group. Key features include:
Importing Member Answers:
Responses to group questions are saved in the CRM.
If an answer matches an existing field (e.g., email, phone), it will automatically map.
Custom fields can be created for unique data, such as “Referred By.”
Steps to Set Up Member Fields:
Go to the "More" section in the contact card.
Name the field (e.g., "Referred By" for tracking sources).
Mark fields as required or optional.
Enable email validation if needed.
Automating Facebook Group Onboarding (FGO)
With Assistly Social, you can set up automated onboarding sequences to welcome and engage new members.
Steps to Set Up Automations:
Import Member Info:
Click “Import Member Questions & Answers” in your dashboard.
Map required fields like email, phone number, and referral source.
Use the “Custom Value” section to add fields such as “About My Business.”
Create Onboarding Sequences:
Navigate to the “Automations” tab.
Select “Create New Sequence.”
Use templates or customize your welcome messages and email follow-ups.
Automate Follow-Ups:
Schedule reminders at specific intervals (e.g., 3-day, 7-day check-ins).
Use CRM tags to personalize outreach and engagement.
