HOW TO QUARANTINE FOR SCOOTER RIDERS!
In today's video, I show you guys a few things you can do in order to keep your sanity whilst quarantine orders are in effect. The five methods I shared are listed below:
-Make some arts and crafts moments with your scooter using paint pens on your grip tape. The paint pens that I use are from Wal Mart and I believe I paid around $7 for 5 markers.
-Make your own wax and/or wax a curb outside. Social distancing is all about keeping distance from others in order to stay safe. If you are riding alone but you have nothing to ride other than flat ground, grab a candle from your local dollar tree, 99 cent store, etc. and wax the curbs outside! If you already do so, make your own wax by watching some videos on Youtube. Who knows, you just might make some of the best wax out there!
-Tighten your scooter. Utilize this time to become a pro scooter builder. There are a lot of tutorials online that will show you step by step how to make your scooter the best it can be just by making a few slight adjustments.
-Ride a kicker in your front/back yard. This may not be possible for everyone as some of you may have to stay inside completely. If that is true and you have a large garage, that'll work too! (Kicker build video : • How to build a kicker ramp for BMX or MTB )
-Practice your bar spins by trying the 'teeter trick'. This is something that has proven to be extremely helpful to many scooter riders out there. I have taught this method to hundreds of kids all of whom have got their bar spins down within a couple days. There are also other how to's other than bar spins. You can look up how to's for tail whips, 360 s, kickless, scooter flip, and so many more. Good luck!
