**Check Existing Resource Groups**: Ensure that 'rg1' (Resource Group 1) and 'rg2' (Resource Group 2) are available.
**Verify Resource Group Contents**: Confirm that 'rg2' is empty.

#### Step 2: Create a Resource in Azure Resource Group
**Create Storage Account**: Set up a new storage account within Resource Group 2.
**Verify Resource Creation**: Ensure that the new storage account is created successfully and is listed under Resource Group 2.

#### Step 3: View Azure Resource Management Options
**Access Resource Details**: Open the newly created storage account in Resource Group 2 and review the information displayed on the overview page.
