Rhaenyra is out for blood! | House of the Dragon S02E01
House of the Dragon returned for its second season with the episode "A Son for a Son."
Jacaerys Velaryon, known as Jace, leaves to negotiate with Cregan Stark in Winterfell and with Jeyne Arryn in the Vale of Arryn. Meanwhile, Rhaenyra (Emma D'Arcy) searches for the remains of Lucerys, known as Luke, killed by Aemond Targaryen. At Dragonstone, Daemon (Matt Smith) is eager to attack the greens, who are mounting their defense in King's Landing. Alicent Hightower (Olivia Cooke) becomes involved with Criston Cole, and Aegon II (Tom Glynn-Carney) refuses to take orders from the Hand of the King, Otto Hightower. The episode features a defining moment from the book, "Blood and Cheese," in which Helaena Targaryen must make a difficult choice.
