We followed the tips from that video but learned that what works for us is to find out what makes your dog bark, and go from there. For us, it's chasing around the kitchen island. Makes Herky and Milton go crazy!
When they bark, I click, I reward and repeat. Eventually I add the word "bark", and voila!
