Here's how to do black bars transitions in Premiere Pro! Black bars (or letterboxes) are often used in edits and especially for transitions, and I've seen a lot of After Effects editors use them. It's pretty easy to imitate it in Premiere Pro! All you require are a few scales and a bit of advanced key framing! This was requested by a few of you, so here it is!
