Step 1: Place 3 recons
Step 2: Upgrade them to 2-1
Step 3: Place a etile and upgrade them to 2-0
Step 4: Upgrade the etile to 2-3
Step 5: Place another etile and upgrade it to 3-2
Step 6: Max out the etiles
Step 7: Upgrade the recons to 2-3 if any flying leak then place another 3-2 etile
