Albedo is finally returning to Genshin Impact with a 2.3 rerun banner after an entire year of anticipation from fans. And with his return, MihoYo definitely isn't bringing him back in the same state the left him off at, because he's now going to have multiple new builds, team comps, and strategies at his disposal that heavily influence his relevance to the game.
