audacity 2.2.2, with Lame 3.98, & FFmpeg 2.2.2 libraries works on windows 7 without service packs
mp3 export library not found, & ffmpeg library not found ,
WHEN Audacity does not detect LAME, or FFmpeg ,
download & extract the ZIP files to the audacity folder, &
open Audacity, click edit, preferences, Library locate ,
point it to the audacity folder so it stops whining
audacity version 222 2018 "works" on windows 7 SP0 , without any service packs
