Do you know what spinach is? Probably, many people have heard about this plant, but few have tried it.The French, for example, are very fond of this plant and call it the king of leafy greens. Persia is considered the homeland of spinach. From there it was taken to India and China. In the 9th century the plant came from the Arabian Mediterranean region.
There are countless vitamins in spinach. The plant is rich in carotene (provitamin A), ascorbic acid (their content is higher than in green onions and citrus fruits). Spinach contains many B vitamins, namely folic acid (B9), riboflavin (B2), vitamin B3, B6. By the way, when spinach is boiled, the B9 content is almost halved, but if you cook the vegetable in the microwave, the vitamin is fully preserved. Not everyone knows that folic acid has been isolated from spinach. The plant contains small amounts of vitamins E, D, K, etc.
Ingredients:
7-8 spinach leaves
1/2 orange
1/2 cucumber
1 tablespoon lemon juice
100ml of water

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Contraindicated for people who are allergic to any of the products (you can replace it with another).

Spinach should not be consumed by people with impaired water-salt metabolism, urolithiasis, gout, arthritis, liver diseases.

Lemon and orange are contraindicated in: gastritis, peptic ulcer; inflammatory processes in the kidneys, bladder; acute inflammation of the oral mucosa; Allergy to citrus fruits and vitamin C; lactation; Children age up to 5 years.

It is not recommended to eat cucumbers for people with chronic diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, with exacerbation of ulcers, with gastritis, enterocolitis.
