Fixing Carthage - Rome Total War
How Carthage can be improved in Rome Total War, to be more enjoyable, and historical at the same time.
This is my new series, where we take a faction that the community believes got cheated in Total War. We then discuss it's problems and try and improve it, keeping roughly within the limitations off the game engine.
