Reducing Total Ink for CMYK Printing
If you are using Print-on-Demand or printing processes other than inkjet you may be advised to convert your images to CMYK for printing. One important aspect of this conversion is to check your image's Total Ink, sometimes referred to as Total Ink Coverage or Total Area Coverage.
