You can find these guys east of Shady Belle, typically beside the shack. The gold'll only spawn after you talk to them; it's also located right under the S of Rhodes with some rocks surrounding it. The gold bar is worth around 500$.
Red Dead Redemption 2 is a 2018 action-adventure game developed and published by Rockstar Games.
