Sparkles in your video Tutorial ! :D (For Sony Vegas Pro 9.0)

I made this tutorial because of the question AhoyWarschawa1389 asked me the other day in my account, asking me how I did to put sparkles in the vids and how to get sparkles in the middle of two pictures closing against each other, if you see what I mean...(anyway it was me who invented that sparkle effect in one of my vids xD haha ! no big deal really...)
Sorry if it turned out to be too long but I had no other choice...I really had to explain it well :p
