Gustav Peter - Souvenir de Cirque Renz | WDR Funkhausorchester
Gustav Peter's "Souvenir de Cirque Renz" is the composer's most famous piece. Since the beginning of the 20th century, countless recordings of this musical canter, interpreted here by the WDR Funkhausorchester under the baton of Enrico Delamboye, have been made. Deputy solo percussionist Thorsten Blumberg plays the xylophone solo. Recorded live on 26.01.2018 in the Kölner Philharmonie.
