Step 4, part 1: Setting up the Feat GUI
I had a little surprise that required an extra processing step on the BOLD data. Not a huge issue, but if you're using the openfmri data, the TR may not be correct in the header and this script should fix it up. Let me know if you find errors in the scripts so I can fix them, but I typically run them before distributing.
