If you're worried that your Raspberry Pi ScPrime Storage Provider might end up getting blacklisted then this video is for you. It's easy enough to transfer your Storage Provider to a more powerful and dedicated Ubuntu system and these are the steps required.
So why would you be worried about your little Pi Storage Provider? Well, SCPrime have stated that they are not happy with all the Raspberry Pi nodes and are reserving the right to blacklist them in the future if they prove unreliable. Whilst I can't say either way whether this will happen, it's probably not worth taking the risk so doing an upgrade to some dedicated hardware like this will allow you to sleep better at night.
If you want to purchase any of the hardware I'm using in this video then there are some Amazon affiliate links below. Note you don't have to get the exact same kit as me. This however does meet and exceed the current minimum recommended requirements of a Storage Provider.
