Tom presents the Keynote Address on Monday, July 3, as well as teaching the week-long Songwriting workshop July 3-7. He headlines the Roots Music & Arts Festival on July 8, and receives the Robert H. Chambers Award for Excellence in the Traditional Arts, a prestigious award whose previous recipients include Doc Watson, Ralph Stanley, Hazel Dickens, Pete Seeger, Odetta, Tim O'Brien and others.
