Asurion Wireless Phone Protection
Asurion is a third-party licensed insurance agency who offers insurance coverage for your mobile device and certain standard accessories. If your device is lost, stolen or accidentally damaged (including liquid and physical damage), you can file your claim with Asurion within 60 days of the incident and the device will be replaced upon claim approval.
Asurion Wireless Phone Protection is part of Total Mobile Protection and Total Equipment Coverage, and it's also sold separately.

Basic phones and tablets
$5/month per covered device
$49-199 non-refundable deductible per approved claim for devices lost, stolen, or damaged
Two replacements in a 12-month period with an equipment maximum of $400 or $1500 per claim, depending on device
Smartphones
$7.15/month per covered device
$99-$199 non-refundable deductible per approved claim for devices lost, stolen or damaged
Two replacements in a 12-month period with an equipment maximum of $1500 per claim

Asurion may fulfill claims with new or refurbished equipment. In general, claims are fulfilled with the same make and model you claim. If this isn't possible, a like-kind make and model will be substituted. Color, feature and accessory compatibility are not guaranteed. You may cancel your coverage at any time and receive a pro-rated refund of your unused premium.
