Hotline Miami 2 - Unreleased Animated Trailer
This unfinished trailer has been floating around private channels for years now, but nobody has posted it publicly. Devolver Digital probably commissioned it, but nobody's sure who exactly made it. It seems to depict Miami in its final days of HLM2, after the coup but before the nukes drop.
So many questions to ask about this thing. It honestly looks good, even if the events shown don't match what we see in the game. Who animated it? Why was it scrapped? Who initially leaked it? I wish I had some answers.
Since it's right up this channel's alley, I thought you would find it interesting as external cut content of sorts.

"The guy who originally posted this had a friend who worked a studio that was commissioned to make a trailer for Hotline Miami 2 but it eventually got scrapped due to the story changing while in development & something about this character or the world around him didn't fit anymore.
This specific trailer was meant to show a scenario where '50 Blessings' ideologically took complete control; Becoming the norm, and things got completely out of hand."
