This video goes with my book The ACT Math Guide, which is free for Amazon Prime members ($9.99 if you don't have Prime). You can get the book at http://amzn.to/2iQNDFE or check it out on my website http://www.thetestuy.com/actbook.

This video in the ACT Math Review deals with weighted average. It's a pretty useful skill. You'll need it for weighted average problems as well as expected value probability problems.

You use weighted average whenever you have values that show up more than once. Or have a different "weight" when you talk about percentages.

There are two ways to calculate weighted average which I review in the video. But the key step to remember is

(value)(number)

Value is the measurement of what you're looking at
Number is how often it occurs.

Try and pick up this skill; you'll get a point or two out of it on your ACT Math section, and it's really not that bad.

Since I never remember to ask for it in videos, I'd love it if you liked and/or subscribed.

Good Luck,

Jacob
