How to Convert Number into Words in MS Word Just simple 3 step process

1. Highlight the number
Use your mouse to select the number by dragging over it OR double-clicking on it.
2. Keep pressing Ctrl on the keyboarded and Press F9
This will insert curly braces {} around the number.
3. Type = ( equal to ) before start of the number and then Add \* CardText after the number and press F9 on the keyboard, OR after selecting the number, you can right-click on it and choose Update Field
This will convert the number into words
4. If you wish to change the case keep pressing Shift key and press F3 key
If you keep pressing again it will keep changing case UPPER, Lower and so onOR Look for the Aa icon (Change Case) in the Font group.
