My mid-journey Keto \ Carnivore Failure. I gained back almost everything. This is how I recovered and how YOU CAN TOO! After losing 50lbs, I came off the rails and gained back 35lbs... I nearly gave up, but by the Grace of God, the help of my wife, and Dr Ken Berry; I was able to get back on track, and today I'm down 100lbs! Even if you have failed, don't lose hope, don't give up and DON'T QUIT! If I could recover, anyone can.
