WebRTC in Emergency Communications
This presentation was delivered during the WebRTC III Conference and Expo in Santa Clara California in November 2013. It discusses the way WebRTC can potentially accelerate the migration to NG911 using this technology in a direct or 'dual-mode' topology where voice is delivered over the legacy network, and WebRTC is used to deliver a discrete data channel to the PSAP who can then correlate the information.
