There are two possible reasons for this problem:-
1. Insufficient space in Cpanel.
2. Low host service provider.
To resolve this problem follow the steps:-
1. Open your Cpanel account.
2. Go to 'File Manager'. Select 'public_html'.
3. Here you'll get a file of name 'maintenance'.
4. Delete this file and reload the site.
You are done. You will not face this problem and your website will be open easily.
