Kaspersky Security Center Cloud Console: Connecting to remote client using RDP
This video will show how to remotely connect to a managed device using Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) from KSCCC. You will be able to gain remote access to the desktop of a client device through a Network Agent installed on the device. Remote connection to a device through the Network Agent is possible even if the TCP and UDP ports of the client device are disabled. Upon establishing a connection to the device, you will be able to gain full access to information stored on the device and manage applications installed on it.
