Tbh I don't think the pity system works at all 200+ arrows, rokas, and 0 shiny very kool right? and I was at 9% pity btw LOL my fav skins, shinies are Skull killer queen, R63 Tw, Twoh, R63 King crimson, Retro Sp but I couldn't get any of them ;'( I don't know why I am telling u this but ok...
