We'll be using Tailwind CSS to create the CSS for the page, and Spring Boot 3.0 to create the Java code for the page. We'll also be using Spring Boot Annotations to create the metadata for the login page, and finally, we'll be using a Spring Boot tutorial to walk you through the entire process.
