As part of the dYdX competition, I developed a calculator website that allows users to pre-calculate the main profit or loss rolls in case of price changes up or down before making a transaction. Also, users will be able to visually see such indicators as
Liquidation price (the price at which the position will be liquidated)
Max percentage change (maximum allowable price deviation at which the position will be liquidated)
PNL (show profit or loss at different price values)
Balance (value taking into account PNL)
Fee (platform commission for perfect transactions)
Margin Usage (parameter of the size of the margin used in the transaction, taking into account the deposit. At the time of writing the article, the parameter does not work quite correctly, it needs to be finalized)
The user will be able to calculate both Long and Short trades using a Market or Limit order. The Market value is taken via the API.
Also, the Trading View widget allows users to use the Trading View functionality right inside the site to search for the best entry points.
The site was developed in a short time and in the future I will expand its functionality and capabilities in the near future.
