This simple and delicious chicken heart salad is sure to be a true gem in your collection. EVERYONE will appreciate the flavor of this heart salad!
You'll need simple, readily available ingredients. All you need for this salad are chicken hearts and pickled cucumbers (or, if you don't have pickled cucumbers, then salted cucumbers. In my opinion, pickled cucumbers are best), carrots, onions, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and vegetable oil for frying.
This delicious heart salad can be made for both holidays and everyday life.
