15 minute dish - pumpkin puree or pumpkin soup
Buy a sliced pumpkin or
buy whole pumpkin slice yourself.
Throughly clean the pumpkin with skin on.
(skin is fiber rich, the best part).
Boil pumpkin with water in pot
Add 1 small teaspoon of
turmeric powder to it.
boil about 5 minutes
Blend boiled pumpkin with
milk & left over boiled water in pot
I used my smoothie blender :)
Add sliced ginger when re-cook pumpkin purée
with water & milk.
Add milk & water to boil till the thickness you like.

I like to drink like soup so I add more water & milk
to the pumpkin purée :)
