Have you seen the tears of servants?
Have you heard the petition in prayer?
No, not for one's home or one's children,
For those who have lost their strength in spiritual battle.
Have you heard someone crying at night?
No, not a mercenary, but a shepherd, but a servant,
He will not let his eyes close to sleep,
crying on his knees, O Savior!
For those who have departed, who have fallen in battle,
who have abandoned Christ along the way.
For those who do not burn, but stand on the edge
of the abyss, he cries out to Christ for them.
More than once pierced by an enemy's arrow,
Barely breathing from the pain of condemnation,
But he continues the fight on his knees
And believes that the Lord hears prayers.
And so you lie down to sleep in the evening hour,
And indifferently plunge into your sleep. At this moment, a battle is being waged for you,
And you will awaken under God's grace.
And again, home, work, and chores.
Or perhaps you won't even remember God.
But the pastor's heart grieves as it did yesterday,
Not seeing you at the church door.
And the pain in his soul will squeeze his chest even more tightly.
And again he will kneel,
No, not for his home, and not for his children.
His soul will not come to terms with the loss.
And again, night will cover the entire earth with a shroud, as if with a dark blanket.
And pain will fall to the ground like a tear,
When you sleep soundly under the blanket.
And he will resume the spiritual battle
he will raise his hands to heaven with weeping
humbly with his heart and soul
he will bring your name to the hands of Christ
Standing in the breach for the Church is not easy,
the enemy's arrows are aimed at that heart,
Bless all those, O our Lord,
who help us reach our goal.
