Faulty Apple Macbook Pro 15.4'' Battery A1382 Bought on TM

1. Battery has low capacity, advertised as 5500mAH, actual capacity is 3660mAh, and capacity is falling after each shutdown.
2. Macbook booted on battery which was fully charged, then shut down just after the login.
3. Upon connecting AC power and rebooted, had only 2% capacity left.
