In this video, we configure Internet access for a LAN network using a FortiGate Firewall inside an EVE-NG lab.
You will learn how to allow internal devices (VPC/PC) to access the internet through FortiGate by configuring:
• LAN interface configuration
• Default route configuration
• Firewall policy (LAN → WAN)
• Source NAT (SNAT)
• VPC IP configuration and gateway setup

Internet / MGMT Network

FortiGate port2 (LAN)

Switch

VPC / PC
After completing this configuration, internal devices will be able to reach the internet through the FortiGate firewall.
