The Dive Shop (Ep. 12) A New Year Needs a New Plan | Getting Fitter With Lots Of Diving Too
This week on The Dive Shop, Jon finally gets back into the water after his long layoff. He took a boat full of people out to both of the Tug Wrecks (Boris and Westsider), as well as out to one of our favorite places - Sisters Rocks, for a shark filled diving extravaganza. Gary has also come up with a new personal development plan for 2021. Working with Jacqui at YACHTfit to get in some training sessions and yoga. Jon and Gary have also kicked off a series of rebreather diving video's, which will premiere here on Youtube on Monday.
Nora also highlighted the importance for small businesses in remote locations to work together to maximize any opportunity. We've been doing this through the pandemic by working closely with the guys at Frogs Dive Carriacou, consolidating divers onto one boat where possible. It also means Nora gets to speak Spanish, and Gary to practice his French (oh dear!).
