Willig Williams & Davidson Files Asbestos Suit on Behalf of Teachers Union WTXF FOX 29
Willig, Williams & Davidson filed a lawsuit on behalf of the Philadelphia Federation of Teachers, after years of the Philadelphia School District struggling to remediate the hazardous conditions and temporarily closing schools due to asbestos. Managing Partner Deborah Willig said, "Their testing has been flawed. Their cleanup has been flawed, and they cannot, they should not do it without us. We are the safety net.”
