Ever wanted to export your own 3D models and animation sequences from Blender, over to the Nintendo 64 as part of your own Homebrew game or Demo?
Well now you can using a special Tools package released by user "Buu342" from the N64Brew Discord server.
This is PART 1 of an in-depth Tutorial series I am releasing showing people how to use this special Software/Tools package called "Sausage64". In this PART 1 I give a quick overview of the entire process using this Tools package. I will be adding supplemental videos that will go over all the steps needed, so users can replicate the entire process.
In Part 2 of this series I will provide a Full Blender tutorial showing you how to create a low-poly 3D Robot Walker model that will work with this Blender exporter plugin. The model you will create will be just like the one used in this video. We will then export the model with animations to the needed .S64 format.
Further supplemental videos will cover the other tools from this package. From preparing textures to editing source code files. The Final video will cover compiling the sample N64 ROM project containing your own custom Blender models and animation sequences.
