The short answer is no. One. The rear suspension's stiffness will get in your way and Royal Enfield haven't left you much leeway even in preload terms for you to navigate your way out of it. Between this and slightly slippery feeling tyres, this is not even close to the Classic 350 which is epic comfortable and delightful to ride by comparison. The stiff rear also means that people who normally ride with pillions will have a better time than lighter and/or solo riders.
Two. Luckily, there is a solution. Our commenters say that replacing the Royal Enfield Hunter's rear shocks with those from the Classic 350 seems to alleviate the comfort issue greatly and is worth trying. To us, if you had the extra money, just buying the Classic 350 instead is a no brainer. It's uncomplicated to ride and a far more persuasive motorcycle anyway.
