360 Virtual Tours and 3D Tours have been round for decades with very little innovation, a few years ago the immersive technology took a backward step with Matterport - a system developed for low skilled estate agents to create low quality tours.
A brand new feature we're really excited about is the Guided Tour feature, it allows businesses to host a live session which allows users from around the world to dial in via computer, tablet or smartphone and guide them around the virtual tour in a 1on1 or a group. Requiring no external applications, sign-ins, it's a whole new tool for sales and marketing teams whether it's for a hotel, academic centre, museum, property developer or anyone that would normally invite users around the premises.
