Yashiori Island hidden Luxurious Chest + hidden achievement "A Doctor's Odyssey"
Genshin Impact hidden chain Quest in Inazuma
You need to finish Yasumoto's "Treatment on an Island" quest first. Then proceed to give 12 Naku Weed daily where Yasumoto put his basket, near Higi Village's Statue of Seven. It will give you an exquisite chest a day until the day of this quest
On the day of this chain quest there won't be any chests, just a basket with yesterday's weed. Use elemental sight to follow the flow.
