Aether Runecrafting ~92k xp/hr (Chill Solo/ profitable $)
Ask the dark wizard for the abyssal book and put it in your bank so the chat option to repair the pouch becomes option "1", this is more chill when repairing your pouch.
Be sure to wear the binding necklaces, it doesn't work in your inventory.
Requires:
90 runecrafting and 82 magic to craft aether runes and use magic imbue spell (lunar spellbook)
66 agility for the best agility shortcut, or 46 for the other one.
Full raiments of the eye outfit is recommended for the extra runes/profit.
Soul tiara in the hat of the eye outfit piece to enter the altar,
Elite lumbridge diary for no dramen staff to use the fairy ring,
Option to have aether runes go into rune pouch to save inventory spot
Steam battlestaff or mist battlestaff, I use steam cuz magic imbue then doesn't cost 7 fire/water runes each time
Binding necklaces to get full xp from combining astral/soul runes,
Stamina potions or poh ornate pool to restore run energy
Soul runes and Aether catalyst to combine the aether runes,
Crafting cape for quick bank access (Or ring of dueling to castle wars, sailors amulet to Deepfin Point is a good option
Quest or construction cape to get to fairy ring (roughly the same),
Optional: Runecrafting cape so pouch doesn't degrade.
Optional: Item charges Improved plugin and Runecrafting Utilities plugin, Idle Notifier so it notifies you when you're at around 40 run energy left so you need to drink stamina potion/ orn pool next run.
I also use menu entry swapper to left-click the tp capes and fairy ring to Zanaris, also to withdraw 1 stamina potion and shift-click to drink it once it's in my inventory. If you use poh you don't need stamina potions though.
After some more hours I figured you can carry aether runes, astral runes and air runes in pouch so you don't have to withdraw the runes to repair the pouch, then you can repair the pouch while walking to the agility shortcut to save some time.

Other than that I've marked the bank chest, fairy ring, agility shortcut and altar. I click on the stone in the water right of the dock to always click on the agility shortcut in Zanaris.
