Crucian Carp Cutlets🐟🐟🐟

❇️Ingredients:
🐟 800 g crucian carp fillet
🧅 1 onion
🌶️ 1 paprika pepper
🧄 2 cloves garlic
🍞 50 g bread
🥛 50 ml milk
🧈 50 g butter
🌿 30 g cilantro
🌿 herbs
🧂 Khmeli-suneli, salt
❇️Directions:
Clean the fish and remove the fillets
Chop the fillets, onion, pepper, and herbs
Mix everything, add the khmeli-suneli, salt, pepper, and stir
Add the garlic and stir Grind the mixture twice in a meat grinder.
Grind the butter and bread soaked in milk into the grinder.
Add the egg, salt, and mix.
Form the patties and fry them for 5-7 minutes on each side.
Finally, steam the patties for 20-25 minutes, and they're done.
