command word
-fastboot devices
-fastboot flashing unlock
press volume up to continue and wait until you get to the main menu & now your cellphone has unlocked the bootloader

The source is on the xda blog, please be careful if you want to relock the bootloader, read the xda blog for further information... total death is not my problem
