How's it going everybody? Welcome back. Today we're going to be taking a look at Nord VPN and Tor guards, privacy policy, speed streaming and torrenting capabilities as well as security and features. NordVPN vs TorGuard. I'll try to make this video as quick as possible. And I'll try to be a little bit more brief than usual. Though, if you're interested in learning more about these VPNs, you'll find full reviews in the description down below as well as links to special deals and discounts. Okay, so when it comes to the privacy policy, both VPNs do claim a no logs policy. However, when it comes to kind of showing evidence of their no logs policy, and you know, evidence that they truly do uphold the integrity of their no logs policy, only Nord VPN does show independent audits. Unfortunately, we don't have any audits with Tor guard, though there's nothing exactly, you know, their privacy policy, as you can tell, it's very concise. And they do not collect any specific information that seems suspicious or any information that is just, you know, kind of out of the ordinary nothing when it comes to your browser pages, or, you know, the time you spent on these pages and whatnot. So they do collect analytics data, though. But still, all the analytics data they collect cannot link to any specific users and the analytics are actually purged every 90 days. According to Tor guard, it is unfortunate that they don't have an actual independent audit report to show that they truly do uphold their dog's policy. NordVPN vs TorGuard. But still, with Tor guard, they do have a clean slate. And there's really nothing in their history that shows any kind of suspicious data collection activities. And just like Nord VPN, they have upgraded their servers to ram disk mode, which means that there are no hard drives running the servers. So there's really no physical drive to store any information on. And whatever little information is stored on these RAM drives, they will be erased with every machine reboots, so no worries there. Okay, so moving on to speed, my base speed without a VPN is at five point 69 megabits per second in this test. Keep in mind that, you know, tests will vary from test to test. So, you know, just take it with a grain of salt, this is just supposed to give you a bit of an idea of which VPN usually performs better. So I tested the Atlanta server and the Italian server with both VPN using the best performing protocols. That'll be the Nord links protocol with Nord VPN and the wire guard protocol with Tor guard. And with Nord VPN, it came at 5.02 megabits per second with the Atlanta server. So that's about 11 point 77% decrease in speed. Keep in mind, by the way, anything between 10 and 20 to 25% is still considered super good when it comes to speed or download decreases. So yeah, this is very good stuff right here. Okay, so with Tor guard at 4.8 megabits per second, which ends up being a 14 point 76% decrease. NordVPN vs TorGuard. Still pretty good, though not as fast as Nord VPN, with the Milan server with Nord VPN 5.03, which is an 11 point 59 megabits per second, which is an 11 point 59% decrease with Tor guard at four point 84 megabits per second, which is at 14.9, roughly 15%.
