Something incredible happened today in Cox's Bazar! While I was enjoying the luxury of the world’s longest sea beach, a familiar face made a massive 12-hour journey just to surprise me. This episode is all about friendship, food, and the colorful, diverse culture of coastal Bangladesh.
From exploring the hidden gems of the beach to trying iconic local dishes like Kala Bhuna, this day was packed with surprises and authentic local connections.

📍 What’s Inside This Episode:
The Ultimate Reunion: My good friend Mazhar @mazharpictures surprised me by traveling 12 hours across the country! He didn't come empty-handed; he brought my favorite Bangladeshi desserts—Payesh and Roshomalai.
Inclusive Conversations: We met members of the local transgender (Hijra) community on the beach. It was a beautiful opportunity to listen to their stories and learn about their lives in Bangladesh.
Adrenaline on the Sand: We took a Beach Buggy/ATV ride across the golden sands. I’ll share my honest experience—was it worth it, or did we almost get scammed?
A Taste of Tradition: No trip to Chittagong division is complete without Beef Kala Bhuna. We ended the night at a fancy restaurant with a feast of slow-cooked beef, dal, vegetables, and a hot cup of coffee to finish.
Student Connection: I had some wonderful conversations with local students about their dreams and their love for their city.
