Ted's Recpies #2: Flat fruit sponge 1/2
This cake requires a few steps in its preparation that are similar to those used in the making of the last recipe I did, so this should be nice and easy for you guys to follow!
Ingredients:
100g caster sugar
100g plain flour
2 and a half handfuls of dried cranberries
1 and a half handfuls of raisins
2 large eggs
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
1/2 a teaspoon bicarbonate of soda or baking powder
some sunflower oil for greasing the baking tin
