A "native" Ubuntu/Yaru/GNOME VLC Skin
a VLC skin to give some more native look under GNOME and Yaru theme
tested on #GNOME 3.27.1 (thats 3.28 development) with #Ubuntu #Yaru from master, and VLC version 3.0.10 from Flatpak
