Most people are trying to build SaaS with AI inside a chat window.
That works for ideas, toy apps, and quick answers.
But real SaaS is different. It has code, files, databases, payments, APIs, hosting, logs, backups, GitHub, environment variables, cron jobs, and a thousand little pieces that all have to work together.
A chat window can talk about that. A computer can hold that.
In this video I explain why your AI doesn't need a better prompt. It needs a real environment: a VM, a dedicated machine, a place to work. Because once AI can inspect files, run code, test changes, and recover from its own mistakes, it stops feeling like a chatbot and starts becoming part of the build.
