Setting up Email Piping in WHMCS (Common Troubleshoot Issues Included!)
I'll show you how to set up email piping in WHMCS. I've had several web hosting businesses in the past but that was years ago so I had to go through the trials and errors of getting email piping set up in WHMCS again. I made this tutorial to help you save some time and frustration.
A few quick tips discussed in the video:
Make sure your pipe.php is chmod to 755 so it can execute. Otherwise, you will get a bounce back email.
Make sure to enable your admin user to be able to see the tickets in WHMCS
Do not send a test email using your admin email address. Otherwise, it will show up in the Ticket Mail Import Log but not in your Tickets dashboard
