It is a vlog on the latest starting construction of a new RAIL cum ROAD BRIDGE at SARAIGHAT, Guwahati over river Brahmaputra. The new double decker bridge is being built under the New Bongaigaon JN. to Kamakhya JN. via Rangia railway doubling track project. The new 1.3 k.m. double decker bridge is being constructed at a budget of 1473.77crores.It will be a long steel composite girder bridge. At the lower deck of the bridge there will be doubling rail tracks and at the upper deck three lane road wilth footpath. By 2029 , the bridge will be completed.
